Custom Cake Order Form

Cakes are baked fresh in-house, with human-grade, dog-friendly ingredients. If you would like to place a custom order for a cake, please see more detail about our cake options below and submit an order. We will call you to confirm your order.

*Please order custom cakes at least 7-10 days in advance. Pickup will be available the following Saturday or Sunday. For example, if you would like a custom cake available on a Friday, please place the order 2 Saturdays before. If you need a cake sooner than that, give us a call or stop by to see our pre-made cakes available. Thank you!
